We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic/International Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $99 within Kingston, Ontario boundaries. For orders under $99, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am - 7pm daily. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at futureequineco@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
